We are the only program in Australia and Worldwide that specialises in the complex interplay between eating disorders, neurodivergence, trauma, and personality traits (genetics). We are an evidence informed program, turning insight and understanding into manageable actions and outcomes.
Our program is inclusive, evidence and trauma informed. Our team includes recovered and recovering mentors, providing powerful, hope-filled lived experience with great skill and expertise.
What we are not is a clinical service, but rather a learning space that complements existing treatment and offers tailored individual solutions for both Carers and Insiders.
Our Individual sessions are designed to offer fresh insights, build capacity, develop practical skills and strategies, and create a safe space for learning and reflection; guided by those who have walked a similar path.

We support insiders to find their voice, reclaim space, and move forward at their own pace.
Monthly Insider Education Group: A supportive, reflective space for insiders to explore their experiences through a neurodivergent and trauma-informed lens. We gently challenge eating disorder narratives using philosophical and practical insights.
