We are not your typical clinical service—we are innovative and deeply human.
Our program is the only one of its kind in Australia—and globally—specialising in the complex interplay between eating disorders, neurodivergence and trauma. We are evidence-informed, turning insight into manageable actions and meaningful outcomes.
Rather than replace clinical treatment, we complement it.
We create personalised, practical solutions for both Carers and Insiders through our live online group program and extensive self-paced learning library, complemented by individual sessions. Through the Door2 Program, we provide fresh insight, build capacity, and develop skills and strategies for real and lasting change.
The Door2 Membership

First Year Family Membership Program: $3,000 +GST
We work with Carer Gateway and the NDIS to support carers to access the Door2 program. Talk to us for help with this.

We support insiders to find their voice, and move forward at their own pace.

Monthly Insider Education Group: a supportive space for insiders to explore their thoughts gently challenging eating disorder narratives using philosophical and practical insights

Individual services

(120 minutes) with 2 members of our Leadership Team.
This report is written in your voice and the language of Door2, and aims to bridge the gap between your lived experience and what treatment professionals, school and/or work need to understand.
It helps people to understand where you are at in your recovery.
It asks that your voice be heard, considered, and respected. You may also want to include a statement of your needs to strengthen your voice and express specifically your requests for adjustments.
Assessment and Report with Lynn Garvey and Jan Clarke: Includes 2 hours assessment + 2 hours report writing $900 +GST

We host these important sessions to hear and develop your voice based on your experience, legal and ethical rights.
These sessions capture your story, identify your rights and if/how these have been breached, to help you formulate your voice to ensure that it is heard within the mainstream system, both medical and educational.
Sessions are held with our Lived Experience Insider and Carer Mentors, qualified in Bioethics and Education.
Advocacy/Statement of Needs Includes 1 hour assessment + report writing @ $175 per hour +GST

These sessions are conducted with our fully qualified, neuro-affirming, neuro-inclusive, trauma-informed Occupational Therapist.
Occupational Therapy Functional Assessment with Tayla Rosenbaum: Includes 6 x 1 hour assessments + 7 hours report writing $2,925
